- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
When using the 813 platform, users are required to comply with the following:
- Placing bets and playing games legitimately from your own account.
- Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date.
- Conducting transactions in accordance with the platform's rules.
- Seeking support through the proper channels when issues arise.
- Any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- Creating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's technical systems.
813 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
Payments & Financial Transactions

- Account verification must be completed before making deposits or withdrawals.
- Transactions can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Withdrawal requests may take 1–3 business days to process.
- Transaction limits and rules are subject to change from time to time.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
- Bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; a specified wagering requirement must first be completed.
- Using the same bonus more than once or across multiple accounts is prohibited.
- Any account found to have claimed bonuses through fraudulent means will be terminated.
Important: For suspicious transactions, 813 may request additional information for verification purposes. If the required documents are not provided, the transaction in question will not be processed.
